How it works. You act as the intermediary between your client and HomeSec as the funder — more control over the file, particularly where you are the one refinancing the client out later. At all times, your client remains your client.
What you earn. Generous remuneration on every loan you settle with us, paid the same day the loan settles.

Referral Partner
Who it is for. Accountants, business brokers, real estate agents, and finance brokers who do not write a lot of business loans.
How it works. You give us a name and a number, and we do every follow-up from there. It runs as an add-on to a business you already have, and it earns you something from clients you were never going to fund yourself.
What you earn. Generous remuneration paid for every loan referred to us.
And it costs your client nothing. None of this costs your client a cent. We pay it direct to you as a marketing cost out of our own company, not out of the loan — so your client is charged exactly what they would have been charged coming to us themselves.

How it works. Sign up, load your unique link and iframe code, and market for leads. Our team handles every enquiry that arrives, start to finish. When those leads settle, you are paid.
