REFERRAL PARTNER

A HomeSec Referral Partner enjoys some amazing benefits.
It is a perfect option for accountants, business brokers,
affiliate marketers, real estate agents, and some
finance brokers who don’t write a lot of business loans.
It can be an amazing add-on to your existing business,
enabling you to enjoy regular and generous passive income simply by having an embedded application form on your
website, or emailing your custom link to people who may need fast access to funds for their business.

To keep the message short, you get paid for simply giving us a name and a number of a person who may be interested in a short term business loan. We will do all the follow up’s and all the work, and we pay you a generous commission of 1% of the Nett Loan Amount. (the Nett Loan Advance is excluding HomeSec costs and Interest)

Considering that we fund loans from $20,000 right up to $5,000,000, that is a very generous referral commission,
with zero work involved for you!

BROKER PARTNER

A HomeSec Broker Partner is designed for mortgage and finance brokers who want to do things the more traditional way. You can still enjoy many of the benefits of a Referral Partner, however you can also act as the intermediary between your client and HomeSec, being the short term business loan funder. This gives brokers a little more control, especially if the broker is also refinancing the client out of our the HomeSec short term business loan. At all times, your client remains Your Client.

The main point of difference better a Broker Partner and a Referral Partner is Broker Partners can charge a BROKERAGE FEE of between 1% and 6% of the Nett Loan Advance.

(the Nett Loan Advance is excluding HomeSec costs and Interest)

This brokerage fee is determined by you (the broker), and is added to the overall establishment fee and paid to you on the day of settlement. (the 1% referral fee does not apply to Broker Partners)
